Pokkén Tournament - Pokemon Fighting Game Announced

Today The Pokémon Company announced from their "shocking" reveal the game that was leaked some time ago with this picture. 

Pokkén Tournament is a reality now. Unfortunately there is only an Japanese release date and it's slated to be an arcade game only as of now. Most fighters start in arcades and then get console releases so here is to hoping. Here is the trailer for the game.



According the rough Google translation of the video description, this game is slated for more of a adult audience. This game is being made in partnership with Bandai Namco with producers from both Soul Calibur and Tekken.

In the actual announcement video they also showed some action figures that are coming out with the game or maybe it's a tease of the amiibo's that will come with the Wii U version (which still hasn't been confirmed.) In the trailer it shows Lucario mega evolving so maybe Machamp will get a mega evolution as well?
