X-Men Days of Future Past Review

Hello everyone! It's me James here with a new review!

Yes, let's get this started right; this newest X-men was great!
After a horribly shitty Spiderman sequel and a absolutely disappointing Godzilla reboot I was really looking forward to this new X-men. And yes I can say (though it may sound generic) that this is the best entry by-far in the very bumpy X-men movie series.It's a great movie on it's own and has enough in it to be entertaining for anyone who calls himself a "Mutant lover" (X-men fan).
The biggest problem you will find yourself struggling with is "Where the hell did these Sentinels come from?!" Last movie was "The Wolverine" (which had little to NO hint of this happening) and suddenly they're here! They really needed more insight and more build-up to this future world. Also there are a TON of time paradoxes regarding past films and comics.
Also there are quite a few "Why didn't they just" moments (I'm sure you'll see some).
It kind of bothers me how godlike they really are it's like " how far do their powers go?!" (but I won't take of points for that)
These are very minor things to the film itself and may hurt others more than it did me. The movie gets this high of a score from me because it could have had a bunch of more problems and yet it tried it's hardest to steer clear and you can tell!
The movie as a whole is very entertaining and has you smiling like a goof every time you see a scene fully reveal itself.

-Actros all did an amazing job!
-Beautiful, inventive cinema shots
-story wasn't as confusing as first intended
-nice "wink" at all other previous X-men films
-had a great pace

Undecided
-Should I give off points for films of the past?
apparently with this "new" timeline the story (the next upcoming story)will now ignore "Xmen origins Wolverine" and "The Wolverine", because now that the timeline has changed these movies never happened..
-Actors changed noticeably (but it's not really THAT BAD)

Negatives
-Where did the Sentinels suddenly come from?! (Why did they NOW just suddenly appear, there really needed to be an element of someone changing the past or something to explain this)
-There's ALOT of "Why didn't they just" moments sprinkled throughout the film (that said some are easier to forgive than others)

Go see it, enjoy! But be ready to leave the theatre scratching your head at some things and discussing hardcore comic lore with your friends! Have fun!!!!!!!!!!
